High Fat Diets
Fats are also required to administer testosterone in the body, and so DHT will also rise, with it being a precursor of testosterone.
When you are stressed the body releases adrenaline. If adrenaline is present in the blood stream for too long, it leads to fatigue, reducing blood flow and circulation. This lack of blood flow to the scalp leaves hair follicles unnourished.
