Train Opposite Muscles Together

By training opposite muscles this means – biceps/triceps, chest/back, quads/hamstrings etc. When you train these two opposite muscles together, the area they vacate in the body will achieve a maximum pump. Such a pump will stretch fascia (a tough layer of tissue around the muscle).
